Asia Aces Pickleball Academy (AAPA) is committed to inspiring the next generation to pursue pickleball as a lifelong passion through a fun, inclusive, and accessible approach. Our programs focus on developing essential physical, cognitive, and social skills, while fostering personal growth, teamwork, and resilience. We strive to create a supportive community where players of all ages and abilities can thrive both on and off the court.

As CEO, Kevin brings extensive experience in asset management, having previously
managed a HKD$700 million portfolio. His expertise in fundraising and investor relations will be instrumental in driving the academy's growth.
Goodwin Mok
COO
Goodwin, the COO, is a specialist in emerging technologies with extensive startup and
consulting experience. In addition to his business expertise, he is a former member of the Hong Kong National Rugby Team, bringing a competitive edge and thriving in dynamic environments. Goodwin holds an Executive MBA from the Chinese University of HongKong.
Venise Chan
Director of Coaching and Player Development
Venise Chan is a trailblazer in the world of tennis and pickleball. As a former Hong Kong #1 ranked tennis player and former world junior #24 ranked player, she has proven her excellence at the highest levels of competitive tennis.
Venise's talents extend far beyond the court, she is now a rising star in the fast-growing sport of pickleball, where she currently competes as a professional player. Venise's extensive experience - over 15 years as a tennis coach - has given her unique insights that she now applies to mentoring others in pickleball.
Venise's leadership roles in the pickleball community are equally impressive. She serves as the captain and pro player for the Major Pickleball League Australia (MLP) Asia Aces team. Venise is also a PPR Level 1 and Level 2 certified pickleball coach, and a board member of the Hong Kong China Tennis Association - Pickleball Association.
