We maintain a policy of strict confidentiality of all personal data submitted by candidates whether register in our office, by mail, by e-mail, or by fax. Candidates¡¦ information is held on our secure databases and files and is only accessible by our consultants. It is our practice to reveal applicants personal details to clients only just prior to interview stage and after receiving approval from individuals.
Candidates register with us who have the right of access to personal data in order to correct, update or remove it from our databases. Candidates¡¦ data will be retained for six months only in order to assist candidates with long-term career development. Candidates are able to contact us for change data or to remove their information from our databases. Our consultants may contact candidates who have registered with us previously for updating their current employment status.
We reserve the right to verify information provided voluntarily by candidates. Such verification may include, but is not limited to, the checking of academic qualifications with issuing authorities, the confirmation of previous employment records including salary details and the contacting of designated referees.
It is not our policy to share data of candidates or clients with any third party organization other than detailed above. The purpose of collecting data from clients and candidates is only for our recruitment services.
